The Platform enables creators to upload photos, videos, and other content to their profiles (“Creators”), set prices for access to their content, and allows users to pay for access to that content (“Fans”). The Platform also includes the Pi Store, a marketplace for Creators to offer digital or physical goods and services. The terms “you”, “your”, or “User” refer to all users, whether Creators or Fans.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legal agreement governing your access to and use of the Platform, including its content, features, services, and the Pi Store. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or cannot comply with their provisions, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Age Restriction

The Platform contains adult-oriented content and is not intended for minors. To access or use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old; and
• Have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
  

If you do not meet these age requirements, you are prohibited from accessing the Platform and must exit immediately. The Company strictly prohibits anyone who does not meet these age criteria from using the Platform. To verify compliance with these age requirements, you may be required to provide proof of identification, such as a government-issued photo ID, upon registration or at any time during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of identification may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as outlined in Section 14 (Termination).

2. Fan Account Creation

To open a Fan account on the Platform, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and a valid payment method. The payment method will be used for any transactions on the Platform, including subscriptions or Pi Store purchases, and must remain valid to maintain an active Fan account. The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of the payment method and may suspend or terminate your account if the payment method is invalid or cannot be verified.

3. Creator Account Creation

To open a Creator account on the Platform, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and a valid payment method for receiving payouts from transactions, such as subscriptions or Pi Store sales. The payment method must remain valid to maintain an active Creator account. The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of the payment method and may suspend or terminate your account if the payment method is invalid or cannot be verified. Additionally, Creators may be required to provide proof of identification, such as a government-issued photo ID, to verify compliance with age requirements and applicable laws. Failure to provide required documentation may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as outlined in Section 14 (Termination).

4. Prohibited Content

4.1 No Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

The Company strictly prohibits any pornographic content involving minors, known as child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). The Platform permits only visual media featuring consenting adults for consenting adult users. If you encounter any real or simulated visual media depicting minors engaged in sexual activity on the Platform, you must report it immediately to info@pizeteo.com, including relevant details such as the date, time, and location of the content. The Company will promptly investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including full cooperation with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAM.

4.2 No Prostitution or Sex Trafficking

Engaging in, promoting, or facilitating prostitution or sex trafficking is strictly prohibited. This includes activities on the Platform or sharing links to external websites that support or enable such activities. If you violate this policy, we may terminate your account without refunding or disbursing any funds remaining in your account at the time of the violation or account deletion. If you encounter such content, please report it immediately to info@pizeteo.com, including relevant details such as the date, time, and location of the content. The Company will investigate and take appropriate action, including cooperation with law enforcement where applicable.

4.3 No Bestiality

The Company strictly prohibits any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating bestiality or any sexual activity involving animals. This includes real or simulated visual media, text, or links to external websites that support or depict such activities. If you violate this policy, we may terminate your account without refunding or disbursing any funds remaining in your account at the time of the violation or account deletion. If you encounter such content, please report it immediately to info@pizeteo.com, including relevant details such as the date, time, and location of the content. The Company will investigate and take appropriate action, including cooperation with law enforcement where applicable.

5. User Content

The Company does not claim ownership of the media or other content uploaded by Users on the Platform (“User Content”). The views expressed in User Content do not reflect those of the Company. All transactions and interactions involving User Content on the Platform are solely between Users, and the Company is not a party to these transactions or interactions. Any disputes related to User Content are strictly between Users.

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding User Content. You may access User Content for personal use only as intended through the Platform’s provided functionality and as permitted under these Terms. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, broadcasting, displaying, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting User Content for any other purpose without prior written consent from the Company or the respective licensors of the User Content.

6. Rights Reserved by the Company

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any part thereof, including the Pi Store;
• Restrict, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform or any part thereof, including the Pi Store;
• Verify the accuracy of information you provide to us, including proof of identification for age verification and validity of payment methods;
• Confirm compliance with these Terms or applicable laws;
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account for non-compliance with these Terms or applicable laws, including failure to provide required proof of identification or a valid payment method;
• Remove any User Content or Pi Store listings you post on the Platform if, in our reasonable judgment, they violate these Terms or applicable laws;
• Monitor your use of the Platform, including any content or messages you post or broadcast, and any activity in the Pi Store;
• Investigate any suspected or alleged misuse or illegal use of the Platform, including the Pi Store, and cooperate with law enforcement in such investigations;
• Disclose information about your use of the Platform, including the Pi Store, in connection with law enforcement investigations of suspected or alleged illegal activity, or in response to a lawful subpoena or court order; and
• Change the payment or payout processor used for making or receiving payments as a User, including transactions in the Pi Store.

7. Platform Fees

The Platform charges a 20% fee on all transactions involving Creator content, including but not limited to subscriptions, tips, purchases of individual content, and transactions conducted through the Pi Store. This fee is automatically deducted from the funds received by Creators before payout. By using the Platform as a Creator, you agree to this fee structure. The Company reserves the right to modify the fee percentage with prior notice, as outlined in Section 13 (Changes to These Terms).

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions to Creator content on the Platform will be renewed automatically at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled by the Fan prior to the renewal date. Fans may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the Platform’s account settings or by contacting support at info@pizeteo.com. Upon cancellation, access to the subscribed content will continue until the end of the current subscription period, and no further charges will be

applied. The Company is not responsible for issuing refunds for subscription fees unless required by applicable law. All subscription transactions are subject to the 20% Platform fee described in Section 7.

9. Pi Store

The Pi Store is a marketplace within the Platform where Creators may offer digital or physical goods and services (e.g., exclusive content, merchandise, or personalized services) for purchase by Fans. All Pi Store transactions are subject to these Terms, including the prohibitions outlined in Section 4 (Prohibited Content). Creators are responsible for ensuring that their Pi Store listings comply with applicable laws and these Terms. The Company is not a party to transactions in the Pi Store, and any disputes arising from Pi Store transactions, including those related to shipping of physical goods, are solely between Users. For physical goods purchased through the Pi Store, all shipping arrangements, costs, and responsibilities are handled directly between the Creator and the Fan, and the Company is not responsible for any issues related to shipping, delivery, or fulfillment. The 20% Platform fee, as described in Section 7, applies to all Pi Store transactions. The Company reserves the right to remove any Pi Store listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws, and to suspend or terminate access to the Pi Store for non-compliance.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Mandatory Arbitration

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve most disputes through individual arbitration rather than court trials or class actions.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country and state the user resides in, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts.

10.3 Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees to waive any right to a jury trial and any right to pursue disputes on a class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general basis, whether in arbitration, litigation, or any other proceeding. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis only. You acknowledge that by agreeing to these Terms, you are giving up the right to participate in class actions or have your claims heard by a jury.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, including the Pi Store, is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not

warrant that the Platform or Pi Store will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform, including the Pi Store.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect on the “last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Changes will not apply to ongoing disputes or disputes arising from events before the changes are posted. While we may attempt to notify you of updates, we are not obligated to do so. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page for the latest Terms. By continuing to use the Platform, including the Pi Store, after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, including the Pi Store, at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or failure to provide required proof of identification or a valid payment method. Upon termination, your right to access or use the Platform, including the Pi Store, will cease immediately, and any funds in your account may not be refunded or disbursed, subject to applicable law.
